Dear Guild Members:                             May 1, 2019

The annual Guild meeting for 2019 will be held on May 18th at the Jackson County Public Library in Ripley (208 N. Church St. near the Court House).  The meeting will run from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.  This will be a very brief business meeting  with the purpose of electing officers, discussing plans for the Mountain State Art & Craft Fair, reviewing the budget and Treasurer’s report, and holding a jurying session for members  needing to jury for marketing purposes.  A ballot for the election of officers and a form for those who wish to participate in the MSACF are included along with this letter.

In recent years we have had fewer active members in our group.  Some are no longer making their arts and crafts and younger artists are not coming in to replace them.  It’s sad, but times change and priorities do too.

Therefore, the Guild’s work has fallen on fewer remaining dedicated members.  We have been forced to focus and limit our Guild’s mission back to our original roots, the promotion of the Mountain State Art & Craft Fair.  We are fortunate to have three active Guild members still serving on the MSACF board as well, so we do have some influence on what happens there.  We also continue our marketing with the Wheeling Artisan Center.

On that note, the 57th annual Mountain State Art & Craft Fair will be held again this year at Cedar Lakes in Ripley, WV on July 4th through 6th. The W. V. Art & Craft Guild has been a co-sponsor and exhibitor since 1963 and we look forward to another great year!

Participating in the Guild Booth gives members the opportunity to work together to market their artwork.  New members can “try out” the fair and the marketability of their products without the huge commitment and expense of having their own booth.  For our “regulars”,  the fair allows us a chance to spend quality time together with our special friends while displaying and selling our wares.  We have a wonderful core group of MSACF participants who return year after year and the Booth has been better than ever lately!  Last year we even won the prize for “Best Booth”.

Fair hours will be 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Thursday and Friday.  Saturday the fair will start early (8:00 am) to accommodate an expanded fishing derby designed to bring in lots more customers.   Set up day will be Wednesday July 3rd beginning at 9:00 am.  To cover Guild expenses, the Guild keeps 15% of MSACF sales.  The MSACF keeps 15% of sales as well, for a total of 30%.  The Guild handles collection and submission of sales tax to the State.  Participating members will be expected to work in the booth if at all possible.  However, if you have special needs and can’t work, we can usually accommodate your needs.  Please do not let this prevent you from exhibiting with us!  Many hands make for light work!

After a few years of exhibiting in Jackson Hall, the Guild has really come to appreciate the joys of being inside a solid air conditioned building.   We have restrooms, a refrigerator and lots of space to display our wares. We don’t have to worry about the weather and can lock up tight at night for added security.

Hope to see you at the meeting (and the fair)!

Respectfully,

Anne  Swadley, Guild President

For those who would like to participate in the Mountain State Art & Craft Fair this July, you must be a Guild member in good standing.  Guild members must be current on dues and be juried for marketing.  If you want to participate but have not been juried, please plan to attend the annual Guild meeting on May 18th at the Jackson County Public Library.  The Jury session will begin immediately following the business meeting at about 11:00 am.

Dear Guild Members:

Please mark your calendars for our approaching ALL MEMBERSHIP MEETING!  Many voices and many hands make light work for all.

Our Annual Spring Guild meeting will be held on Saturday, June 18 at the Vienna Public Library, 2300 River Road in Vienna, West Virginia, 26105-1372.  The focus of our meeting will be our future goals as an organization and how to move forward.  Our gathering will begin at 10 a.m. with Jury Session for anyone wanting to participate in the marketing opportunities.   Directly after the Jury Session, we will hold our Annual Meeting and Election of Board Members and Officer.  We can do some brainstorming as well!

We will have lunch (catered by “Rubi’s Pizza & Grille” of Parkersburg) at 11:30 a.m.  while we have our business meeting.  There are several important items on our agenda that need your input,  only one of which is the election of officers.            ( A ballot for the election is included with this letter…please make sure your email information is up-to-date with us.)                  The cost for lunch will be $10.00.  Please remit in the enclosed envelope.  If you need to pay the day of the meeting, please email me or call me.

With the changes which have occurred with Mountain State Art & Craft Fair, we will spend some time discussing the Guild Sales Booth for the upcoming MSACF in September.

I’m hoping that you will join us at the Vienna Library for our Spring Meeting.  Please mail your reservation to me in the enclosed envelope (along with your dues renewal, if you like) or call me at (304) 481-6243.  I need your reply by Monday, June 13 so we can order our lunch food!

The Mountain State Art and Craft Fair, An Appalachian Experience will be held at Cedar Lakes in Ripley, West Virginia on Friday-Sunday, September 16-18, 2016. The West Virginia Art and Craft Guild has been a Co-Sponsor and Exhibitor at the original MSACF since its beginning.   We are looking forward to a successful rebirth of the Fair but it is critical that we have enough members participating to make the Guild’s booth successful.

Participating in the Guild Booth gives us a unique opportunity to work together to market our products.  We have a chance to be with other craft people, to see the work of other artists, and test the marketability of our product without the need for a large inventory. There are some large display boxes available for our use already at Cedar Lakes. Many folks, however, may want to bring your own display items especially suited to your product.  You know best what you need to show your work to its full advantage.   Becky Williamson will be heading this up as the Marketing Director.  Please see enclosed letter from Becky.

Kindest regard,

Kenneth D. Westfall, Treasurer

5/4/2016

Dear Fellow Guild Members,

I am excited to tell you about one of the opportunities being a West Virginia Art & Craft Guild member has to offer: 2016 Mountain State Art & Craft Fair: An Appalachian Experience. As most of you know the fair date has been changed to September 16-18, 2016. Once again the WVACG has a tent and we are looking for Guild members that would like to participate.

I am officially in charge of coordinating the booth, but Anne Swadley has graciously offered to unofficially co-chair. What this means; Anne will be working very hard to help make the fair booth successful, but I will be the one dealing with any problems or issues that occur. Please direct any questions or issues towards me. My home address, email and phone number are at the top of this letter for your convenience.

In the past it has been mandatory for exhibitors to work the booth. This year we are going to waive those restrictions for our older members whom just cannot help as much. We certainly appreciate their contributions to the Guild and this is our way of honoring them and their past efforts.

There are also some folks that are unable to give as much time as they would like, but are willing to work the booth for a small period of time. We are open to allowing your work in. Please let me know what issues you may have in your email, we can probably work around them.

I would like to invite anyone who is interested to email me at the above address. If you do not do email, I understand and invite you to call instead.

Once we have our list of interested artisans and craftspeople then I will send out further communications.

Warm regards,

Rebecca Williamson

Annual Spring Meeting and Jury Session

Written: Thursday, April 24, 2014

Greetings Guild Members and Friends of the Guild,

This year’s Annual Guild Meeting and Jurying is scheduled for Saturday, May 17th at Tamarack, the Best of West Virginia, in Beckley, West Virginia.   We will hold a jury session for new members’ work and jury new works by current and/or rejoining members, beginning at 9:00 am.  Bring your artwork for jury to the lobby of the Gov. Hulett C. Smith Theater inside Tamarack.

The business meeting will begin at 1:00 pm.  Tamarack is graciously hosting the meeting in the Gov. Hulett C. Smith Theater.  The Guild will have an election of officers and board members during the Annual Meeting.  If you are interested in promoting the business of arts and crafts in West Virginia, consider serving on the Guild’s Board of Directors. Nominations also will be received from the floor for those interested and willing to serve on the Board of Directors.

If you plan to market at Guild venues this year and have not marketed with the Guild for the past 5 years or you have a new line of work significantly different from previously juried work, we ask that you plan to jury the new artwork at the meeting.  If you have any questions about the jurying, contact Ken Westfall at <info@wvartcraftguild.com> or Cyndi Bolt at <cyndi@cyndibolt.com>.

Plans are afoot for our 10th Biennial Juried Competition this coming fall.  We will be jurying by digital images.  The show travels to three West Virginia locations:  Parkersburg Art Center, Wheeling Artisan Center, and Huntington Museum of Art.  This will be our first show at the Huntington Museum of Art and we are excited to bring our Guild show to the Huntington area.  The deadline for submissions will be September 1.  This is earlier than previous shows to give us time to prepare the entries for jurying,  so make note of it on your calendar!

The Mountain State Art and Craft Fair is approaching fast.  Dates this year are:

   Setup:  July 2nd.

   Fair:  July 3rd, 4th and 5th.

If you are not a regular MSACF exhibitor, Guild members may elect to sell their juried work in the Guild’s tent.  Members will be receiving information to apply soon. Take advantage of the jury session being held at this Annual Meeting, if you are not currently a Juried Member.

(Or:  See the application in this packet.)

The Guild Shop at Wheeling Artisan Center needs merchandise as always!  Take advantage of this opportunity to sell your art or craft.   This is a wonderful shop.

Look occasionally for updates from the Guild on our Facebook page at http://facebook.com/pages/WVArtCraftGuild. You don’t have to join Facebook to look at the page and get any recent messages we’ve posted but you do need to register on Facebook to comment/post. Check often to stay informed.

Updates of the Guild’s Members Online Gallery (MOG) are ongoing. The current directory listing is finished.  Many of the mailing addresses still list the older “route” system and I need to replace your addresses.  Ditto for many of the email addresses; they need updating.  You may email me your new information at <cyndi@cyndibolt.com>.  Remember, when someone looks for you or your artwork online, the MOG often comes up.  Current information makes it easier for YOU TO SELL!

In addition, I would like to put your new website, your Facebook and other contact information on your listing on MOG.  New photos of your artwork are needed for the gallery and individual artist pages.  Again, this is a service offered with your membership…take advantage of the advertising opportunity….it isn’t costing you anything.

Please see http://wvartcraftguild.com/wvacgmog/mog_info.html to contact me with your new information.

We need to develop a mobile version of the website.  I’ve begun this with the information page in the MOG.  See http://wvartcraftguild.com/wvacgmog/mog_info.html for a test mobile page.

Looking forward to seeing you on May 17th,

Cyndi Bolt, President

                                                                                                                                                                Tuesday, April 24, 2012

Dear Guild Members:

The 2012 Mountain State Art and Craft Fair will be held at Cedar Lakes in Ripley, West Virginia on Thursday,    July 5 through Saturday, July 7. The West Virginia Art and Craft Guild has been a Co-Sponsor and Exhibitor at the fair since its beginning.   We are looking forward to another good year but we need your help to make our booth successful.

The Guild Booth gives us an opportunity to work together to market our products.  There are some display boxes already at Cedar Lakes but most people will need to bring display items to suit your own product.  You know best what you need to show your work to its full advantage.  By participating in the Guild’s booth, you have a chance to be with other craft people, to see the work of other artists, and test the marketability of your product without the need for a large inventory.  For those of us who have been engaging in this effort for a while, it gives us a chance to be together with friends and to build on the strength of the artistic community.

PARTICIPATING MEMBERS WILL NEED TO SET UP THEIR OWN DISPLAY AND WORK IN THE BOOTH.                                                      We also need demonstrators.       This year set-up day will be Wednesday, July 4.

Any Guild member who wishes to participate must be current with your dues and be a juried member.  If you have not juried or participated in the booth in the last 3 years, you will need to attend the Annual Meeting of the Guild which will be held on Saturday, May 26.  The jurying session will be from 9 – 11 a.m. and the Guild’s Annual Meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m.  Both sessions will be at Cedar Lakes in Ripley, West Virginia.

Please note : The Guild keeps 15% of sales to cover the expenses of participation in the fair, and the Fair also takes 15% for a total of 30%. You will receive 70% of the total of sales of your products.  Sales tax will be collected at the fair and paid to the State Tax Department by the Guild.

After completing this form, please return it to the address below to indicate your intention to participate in this year’s Guild booth at the Mountain State Arts and Crafts Fair.  Additional information will be sent to those who reply.  Members who do not respond will not receive further mailings concerning the 2012 Fair.  Thanks.  Juliann

Thanks to Becky Williamson for her hard work.  We have a new director of marketing, Juliann Breting Rohn, and she will be running the Guild’s booth at the Mountain State Arts and Crafts Fair. Our 3 representatives have worked all year long on the Fair board to plan for the next fair.   This year the Guild will once again be operating the EXPO exhibit. That means we'll need several more volunteers.  We have some who will help to set up and staff the Expo; Sheila Caim is chairperson – can she count on your help?  Give her a call or send her an email.

The Guild is planning to have a booth again at the Oglebayfest in Wheeling this fall. Dates are October 7th-9th, 2011.  We hope to have more details at the annual meeting.

The Guild mourns the loss artisan and past member Dick Schnacke.  His book, American Folk Toys, revitalized people’s conception of long forgotten toys. He will surely be missed.

We will have election of officers in April at the annual meeting.  Please submit your name if you are willing to serve as an officer/ board member.

If you have news to share, check the website for addresses, and  E-mail Cyndi or Ken,  or reply to this.

See you in April!

EVENT: WV Art & Craft Guild 8th Biennial Exhibition
DATE: Saturday November 20th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

DETAILS

RELEASE from
THE PARKERSBURG ART CENTER
Subject: WV Art & Craft Guild 8th Biennial Exhibition
For more information, please call: Abby Hayhurst, Director 304-485-3859

The West Virginia Art & Craft Guild will open their eighth biennial exhibition with an awards ceremony at the Parkersburg Art Center, in Parkersburg, WV, this Saturday November 20th  from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

The exhibition, which features 109 works of art and craft, was culled from more than 200 entries from all over West Virginia, as well as several other states. It includes creative examples of sculpture, textiles, prints, painting, pottery, photography and jewelry.

The public is encouraged to attend the awards ceremony. Admission is free for Art Center members, and there is a $5 charge for non-members.  The exhibition is made possible by financial assistance from the West Virginia Commission on the Arts, and the National Endowment for the Arts, as well as the WV Art & Craft Guild.

According to Kenneth Westfall, WVACG treasurer, entries were up and were more diversified. “This was a banner year for the competition,” Westfall says.  “We’ve checked in some amazing examples of both art and craft....the jurors had a difficult time eliminating works, which is a good problem to have.” The two jurors for the exhibit were Jackie Brown, Professor of Art and Department Chair, Frostburg State University- Frostburg, MD and Kenn Morgan, Professor of Fine Arts, Bethany College- Bethany, WV.  They came to the Parkersburg Art Center, chose the pieces for inclusion into the exhibit, and selected the prize-winning works.   From the Jurors’ Statement: recognizing that this exhibition showcases West Virginia's BEST art and craft the standards we were expected to apply were extremely high. This process had seemed daunting at first, but as we had selected the work for inclusion we had been commenting on our choices and therefore the award winners were relatively easy for us to choose. ”

Abby Hayhurst, Director of the Parkersburg Art Center, says, “We are always delighted to host this exhibition, made up of works by the finest artisans in our State.  Area residents love to see this show. It gives them a good place to bring holidays guests, to see what great work is being done in West Virginia. It's also a good opportunity for us to see new works and recruit new artists for later exhibits. We are grateful to the Guild for choosing the Art Center, and to our sponsor, WesBanco, for making it possible for the WVACG show to be on display in our facility.”

Cash prizes will be awarded to thirteen artists: Regina Swim, Chris Hammer and Robin Dutch of Charleston, Mike Bowen and Daniel Kaufmann of Huntington, Vernon Howell of Barboursville, Pat Reese and Susan Ting of Morgantown, Cyndi Bolt of Wayne, Sheila Caim of Creston, Dick Allowatt of St. Albans, and Sterling Smith of Martinsburg. Prizes will also be awarded to out-of-state members of the Guild, including Taylor Woolwine of Rochester, NY and Sharon Dugan of Sanborton, NH.

The Exhibition will be on display at the Art Center through December 29. On January 15, 2011, it will open at the Wheeling Artisan Center for a five-week run, and then travel to the Beckley Art Center for a showing from March 12 to April 30, 2011.

The WV Art & Craft Guild is a non-profit membership organization whose goal is to promote & preserve art and craft and the creative lifestyle in West Virginia.  Its projects include workshops, crafts fair marketing, and exhibitions such as this.  For more information about the WVACG, contact Kenneth Westfall by e-mail at Treasurer@wvartcraftguild.com or by calling 304-643-2583.

EVENT: OGLEBAYFEST 2010
DATE: October 1-3

DETAILS

Dear Fellow Artisans,

As some of you may know, the West Virginia Art and Craft Guild have an exhibitor space reserved for the Oglebayfest in Wheeling, WV on October 1-3.    My name is Becky Williamson and I will be coordinating the booth for the Guild. I can be reached at: rwilliamson2233@suddenlink.net or 304-615-2191.

Basically we will be using the same guidelines the Guild uses for the West Virginia Arts and Crafts Fair in Ripley.  Anyone exhibiting in the booth will take a turn working the booth and sales area sometime during the show. All artisans will receive 70% of their sales, with 30% going to the Guild. This 30% pays for the tent rental fee and other expenses incurred by the Guild.

Our tent will be much smaller than what we have at the West Virginia Arts and Crafts Fair in Ripley. It is only a 10x20 space, and as such, if we have a large number of artisans/craftspeople who would like to display, then the amount of your goods will need to be smaller in quantity. However, they can be restocked as sold, and you can bring in new items daily.

While artist demonstrations are not required at Oglebayfest as they are at WVACF, they are highly encouraged. Some of you may be interested in demonstrating.

I have already received several emails from people stating an interest in attending. Until the number is firmed up, I am unable to give firm work times. However, I am attaching a schedule that I believe will work.

We will not have the same display units that we use in Ripley. Juliann has volunteered some shelving units. I am sure this will not work for all goods being sold. Please let me know how you are going to display your items. Once everyone has signed up, then we can decide what will work. We also need a cash register. The one we use in Ripley belongs to Ken Westfall and he will be at another show, and therefore it is unavailable to us.

The show hours and set up times are as follows:

Show Hours

Friday, October 1
Noon – 7:00 p.m.

 Saturday, October 2
10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, October 3
10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Set Up Hours

Thursday, Sept. 30
10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Friday, October 1
8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Sat. & Sun., Oct. 2 & 3
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

I will be unable to get to Wheeling on Thursday. I have class in Marietta, Ohio from 1:00pm to 4:00pm and it takes approx. 2-3 hrs to get from here to Wheeling.  I realize this is not going to be helpful to those who want to set up on Thursday. I certainly do not have a problem with you continuing with your set up plans. Just be aware that you will be doing the initial arranging of display units.  I will be there on Friday morning at 8:00. Please mark on your work sheet when you think you will be setting up.

I am also attaching an inventory form. As some of you will note, this is the same form we use for the Ripley show.  If you know your marketing number include it. If you do not know or do not have one, I will be able to get one for you. The item code is anything, or anyway, that you can identify your ware. Your price is the amount that you will be receiving for the item (70%). Sales price is the amount the item will sell for (your 70% + Guild 30%). All items must have a sales tag that includes: your artist number, the item code, and the sales price  Example: 560-Earrings $20.00 or 560-12E $20.00

Okay, I believe that is about it. Please respond by September 20, 2010. I will have schedules done by September 25. They will be emailed to those exhibiting, unless you do not have email. This saves on both time and money.

Thanks,

Becky Williamson

April 4, 2007

Dear Guild Members:

We will need your help to make the 2007 Mountain State Art and Craft Fair, (Cedar Lakes) Ripley, WV a success.  The West Virginia Art and Craft Guild have been a Co-Sponsor and Exhibitor at this fair since its beginning.  This year set up day will be Wednesday, July 4th and the fair runs 4 days, Thursday 5, through Sunday, July 8, 2007.  Fair hours will be 9 AM to 7 PM each day.

The Guild booth has been a good way to try marketing your product at a big fair. We realize July is far away but just wanted you to get ready and think of how you may want your product displayed. We don’t have a lot of boxes, dollies, and display and we will need what you think will make your product look good on the shelves.   If you have any suggestions we will be happy for your input. Participation in this fair gives you the chance to learn your way around, meet other crafts people, see the work of other artists, and test the marketability of your product without the need for a large inventory.  Even though sales may not equal that of craftspeople who have their own booth, your sales will do better if you are there and demonstrating. It is a great way to talk to the public about your work and it attracts their interest in buying your products.

We hope most of the participating member will be able to help out at the booth at least part time.  We also need demonstrators.

Any Guild member who wishes to participate must have been recently juried by the Guild and all dues paid to current.  If you have not juried or participated in the booth in the last 2 years, you will need to be sure to attend the spring Guild Annual Meeting and attend the jurying session. The Guild keeps 15% of sales to cover the expenses of participation in the fair, and the Fair also takes 15%, for a total of 30%.  You will receive 70% of the total of sales of your products.  Sales tax will be collected at the fair and paid to the State Tax Department by the Guild.

If you want to participate in the fair, please fill out and return by May 10th, 2007.  We will send additional information.  Members who do not respond will not receive any future mailing concerning 2007 Fair.   Don’t forget.  July will be here soon and May 10th even sooner!

Dianna Barnosky has agreed to come back and manage the tent for the fair. We are thankful for her work and those who assist. All juried Guild members are eligible to enter work at expo and are encouraged to submit their best.

Guild Juried Exhibition: The Guild Juried exhibition is shaping up thanks to Cyndi Bolt’s work on the grant. Art Center in Martinsburg: Donnie Pomeroy is still interested in having a Guild member’s exhibition there in the future as well as having Guild inventory. We are working towards having a presence in the eastern panhandle and I believe that this will be good for the Guild.

Showcase West Virginia: Pam Curry has told me that Showcase West Virginia has set up shop and are getting their books in order. They will be looking at working with us in the future.

West Virginia Arts Assembly: The West Virginia Arts Assembly will be in Charleston April 2-4. This will be an exciting three days and a great opportunity for the Guild and others to participate. I look forward to seeing you at the Arts Assembly, opening at Tech, the meeting at Tamarack, Randolph County Community Art Center, Mountain State Art and Craft Fair. I am also looking forward to hearing from you if you would like to volunteer with any of our activities. If you have anything for the agenda of April’s meeting, please send it to me. Thank you.

Dear Guild Members:

I will need your help to make the 2005 Mountain State Art and Craft Fair, (Cedar Lakes) Ripley, WV a success. The West Virginia Art and Craft Guild has been a Co-Sponsor and Exhibitor at this fair since its beginning. This year set up day will be Thursday, June 30th and the fair runs 4 days, Friday 1, through Monday, July 4, 2004. Fair hours will be 9 AM to 7 PM each day.

The Guild booth has been a good way to try marketing your product at a big fair. I realize July is far away but just wanted you to get ready and think of how you may want your product displayed. I don’t have a lot of boxes, dollies, and display and I will need what you think, will make your product look good on the shelves. If you have any suggestions I will be happy for your input. Participation in this fair gives you the chance to learn your way around, meet other crafts people, see the work of other artists, and test the marketability of your product without the need for a large inventory. Even though sales may not equal that of craftspeople who have their own booth, my sales do better when I’m there and demonstrating. It is a great way to talk to the public about what your do and it attracts their interest in buying your products.

If you want to participate in the fair, please fill out and return by May 10th, 2005. I will send additional information. Members who do not respond will not receive any future mailing concerning 2005 Fair. Don’t forget. July will be here soon and May 10th even sooner!

ANNUAL SPRING MEETING AND WORKSHOPS GUILD JURY SESSION AT CULTURAL CENTER FOR FINE ARTS, PARKERSBURG SATURDAY, APRIL 26, 2003

We are pleased to announce that the host of our spring meeting is the Art Center in downtown Parkersburg. This is a spectacular gallery and educational center and currently showing is the National Realism Art Show. I know you'll enjoy a chance to see this important exhibit if you're attending the guild meeting and possibly have time to take in some other sights in the area. Once again the guild is looking forward to an annual gathering with interesting artists' workshops in addition to our business meeting, election and jury session. Please see the attached schedule of our meeting and the other enclosures.

ANNUAL GUILD JURY SESSION

If you are interested in marketing with the guild at the Mountain State Art & Craft Fair this July at Cedar Lakes or in the Guild Gallery Shop At The Wheeling Artisan Center, we urge you to attend the jury session on April 26 at the meeting in Parkersburg if you have not done so recently. Prizewinner at the Guild Competition automatically receives juried status for that media. CODA SURVEY

The national CODA (Craft Organization Directors Assoc.) official survey is being mailed to Guild members and all WV craft artists once again so that we may accurately measure the economic impact of the crafts industry on the state. These figures are essential in the effort to gather data to help prove that the arts are important to the local and statewide economies. It will hopefully lead to greater investments in the arts and crafts industry. Please plan to participate. The guild is one of the sponsors of this survey.

Thanks for the response!! 29 members, with a wonderful variety of art and craft works, have signed on to market with the guild at the Wheeling Artisan Center. It's not too late to join the group as we begin set-up of this sales area. Don't forget to return your information for the expanded directory or bring it to the meeting. We will use the old info. and assume you do not care to add anything about studio visits or your availability to demonstrate, etc. if we don't hear from you.
